Project Description
Emma Denby has worked at Yorkshire Sculpture Park for 3 years and had progressed through a number of roles including being part of the Visitor Team, Collections Care Team and Operations.
She is now delighted to be in the role of a Sculpture Technician and her responsiblities include the movement of exibits around the park. This a a great responsibility as these include work by Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth and Elizabeth Frink.
To ensure that she has the necessary Plant Operator Skill to complete these works effectively Emma came to Birkwood Plant Training to complete course on use of both a Telehandler and Counterbalance Forklift. She completed and passed both courses and each of her instructors said that her skill levels were extremely high.
Emma has also recently completed a Slinger-signaller course.
